Mentorship and Support

If you have inexperienced team members or simply wish to provide on-the-job support to your busy staff, DIG will provide ongoing employee mentorship and hands-on assistance where it is needed most to help professionals do their best work. Areas of specialty include fundraising and project management.

Examples include:

  • Mentoring your Director of Development in leading a team

  • Preparing agendas and talking points for board meetings
