Nichole Belford
Nichole is a powerhouse in advocacy, case making, and brand management. She brings to DIG a wealth of cross-sector experience with a portfolio including an impressive roster of businesses and brands in arts, culture, sports, finance, and consumer goods. She has extensive relationships across the country, with deep relationships in the Dallas-Fort Worth and St. Louis regions.
Currently a member of the leadership team of the Regional Arts Commission (RAC) in St. Louis, Nichole develops programming, policies, and projects that contribute to the fiscal vitality of the arts. Nichole played a key role in advocating and securing support for arts and culture rebuilding stakeholder relationships, securing a $10.6 million allocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding—the third largest in the U.S. for the arts. She serves on various boards, including ArtPlace Initiative, St. Louis Sports Commission, and is the Vice-President of Missouri Citizens for the Arts.
Nichole has made significant contributions to the arts, entertainment, and sports industry in markets across the country. Her impressive portfolio includes managing over 5,500 events and spearheading branding initiatives for tourism. Nichole's expertise extends to corporate meetings and product launches with renowned brands like American Express, Disney, Fossil, and PepsiCo-Frito Lay.
Born in Sögel, Germany, she holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Texas Wesleyan University and a master’s in public affairs from the University of Texas at Dallas.
